This six-hour seminar series offers a comprehensive look at the roots of play therapy and the seminal theories that continue to shape the field today. Designed to be completed in one-hour segments over a two-month period, this flexible format allows clinicians to explore key historical developments and foundational theoretical models at a steady, manageable pace. Each session will focus on a different aspect of play therapy’s evolution, including major contributors, seminal theories, and historically significant approaches that have influenced how clinicians understand and practice therapeutic play with children.
